Health tips while travelling
While you travel in car or in train, you can be affected by many viruses which are spread in polluted atmosphere. Here some tips to protect you from such viruses.
1. Take rich proteins and carbohydrates food in your breakfast, because in morning the glucose level of your body will be low so your body will consume more proteins which is important for immunity.
2. Wash your hands with antiseptic solution after you reach the place.
